Snow Making
Job summary:
The entry snowmaker will be exposed to a wide variety of tasks that are essential to the safe production of quality snow, with the goal of gaining experience and knowledge to be able to progress to the next level in the snowmaking department. The entry snowmaker will be under the direction of more experienced staff and department supervisors.
Responsibilities Include:
- Learn all basic department, resort and company policies and procedures
- Learn and be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of snowmaking equipment according to all department, resort and company policies and procedures
- Learn and be responsible for the production of snow to produce the best quality product for our guests
- Learn to operate all department vehicles in a safe manner according to department, resort and company policies and procedures
- Perform basic snowmaking equipment maintenance and housekeeping on a daily basis
- Be able to work under minimal supervision
- Assist in effective communication with the other departments
- Additional duties as assigned
Lift Mechanic
Job Summary:
The Lift Mechanic is responsible for performing all routine maintenance procedures under the guidance of the maintenance manager and senior mechanics. The incumbent will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repair of the assigned lifts.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for the safety of fellow employees and guests
- Maintain mountain skiing surfaces to highest level possible
- Minimize down time through basic preventative maintenance, cleanliness and up-keep of machines
- Manual labor in other Slopes and Trails work
- Maintain good working relationship and communicate work instructions with co-workers
- Receive daily working instructions from Advanced Operators, Leads and Supervisors
- Daily, as needed, communication with shop mechanics concerning mechanical problems
- Other duties as assigned
- Team player and can work well in small groups - required
- Able to climb on and off the vehicles frequently - required
- Able to use two-way radios (both speaking and hearing instructions) - required
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or equivalent - Required
- Must be at least 18 years of age - Required

Bussers/Runners (15+)
Bussers: Primary responsibility of a busser is to reset tables in a speedy, professional and effective manner as guests leave the restaurant. Organize tables/chairs, efficiently clear and clean & sanitize tables. Fill water pitchers, stock glassware, silverware and all products available on the condiment station. Restock clean dishes in all areas of restaurant. Stock service areas with supplies such as tableware and linens throughout service period.
Runners: Know the floor plans of tables and food menus. What plates/baskets should have to complete the order and safely carry the order to each table as it is completed off the line. Prep supplies including dressings, sauces, paper products. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment. Be able to communicate well with both FOH and BOH staff.
Bartender/Servers (18+)
Bartenders: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with great customer service skills. Hours include days, nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to multitask and work well with others. Stock, clean and sanitize work spaces. Be professional and use standardized practices in serving and mixing drinks. Appropriate use of cash drawers and cash handling.
Servers/Cocktailers: Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order. Attend to customers upon entrance. Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages. Know the menu, what food is offered, wine, beers and drinks served. Take and serve orders. Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products. Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff. Appropriately mediate problems or complaints with a positive attitude. Maintain and stock service areas/wait stations. Handle cash/credit transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
Beverage Cart (18+)
Seeking Beverage Cart drivers who are friendly and personable to serve drinks & beers on the golf course. Must be able to multitask, safely operate a golf cart, stock the cart, use basic math, and take inventory.
Banquet Server/Bartender (18+)
Looking for people pleasing individuals to serve and/or tend bar for weddings, events, concerts, ect. Must be able to work in fast paced environments, be open to working late nights, and have great customer service skills.
Previous bartending/serving experience is recommended but not required.
Cafeteria (16+)
Workers are required to carry out all duties assigned to them by their kitchen lead, and ensure that good food handling practices are observed within the kitchen. They must be able to follow recipes, prep food, and cook food. Cafeteria workers will also to be able to cashier.
Cashier & Counter Person (16+)
CASHIER: Cashiers ensure an accurate accounting of all transactions, collections and disbursements. Cashiers itemize and ring food and beverage items into register, collect payment from all food service guests and make accurate change for the transaction assuring that everyone pays correct price for all food. Other responsibilities may include greeting guests and taking and serving food and beverage orders. Uniform and dress code required.
COUNTER PERSON: Counter persons perform a variety of duties relating to cafeteria style service including greeting and serving guests, cold food preparation, stocking counters, condiments and food items, and maintaining a clean working area at all times. You are also responsible for cleaning tables in the dining area as customers come and go. Uniform and dress code required
Coffee Shop Barista (18+)
Baristas will be working in the Coffee Shop. You are responsible for the setup, cleanup, maintenance and operation of the coffee shop. You take orders from patrons and prepare coffee and coffee drinks in accordance with standard recipes. Some food items are also sold in the Coffee Shop. Baristas need to become familiar with the recipes and techniques used in preparation of these beverages. You ring orders into the cash register, collect payment and make change. Baristas also wash and sterilize glassware and stock all supplies. You must have schedule flexibility. Uniform and dress code required.
Cook (16+)
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces). Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef. Assist in ordering supplies, food and ingredients. Assist with training staff in specific stations, and cross-train as necessary. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies for service. Cook menu items. Weigh or measure ingredients, such as meat and cheese. Knowledge of soups and sauces. Assist as necessary with cleaning and sanitizing work areas & equipment. Store food in designated containers and storage areas. Stock inventory appropriately. Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion. Dishwashers (16+)
Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes. Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed.
Groundskeeper (18+)
You will be under the supervision of a golf course super intendent. You will be preforming a wide variety of duties related to golf course maintenance and construction. Flexible hours and based on weather.
Guest Services Staff (21+)
You will be responsible for overseeing the safety conditions of the walkways, outside stairs and to a certain extent the parking lot. This may involve snow shoveling and/or notifying management of potentially dangerous conditions in the parking lot, walkways or stairs. You may be asked to help our guests search for lost or stolen equipment. You will need to be extremely courteous and able to work at a fast pace. You will also have to be able to answer questions and give directions to the guests. Ticket checking requires a friendly and courteous personality to physically check tickets that the guests are wearing. Monitoring the property including security for the motel through security cameras and foot patrols. Check ID’s on individuals entering the bar, maintain order by making sure guests feel safe and secure. Other job duties can be assigned when needed. Uniform and dress code required. Uniform jacket provided.
Hotel Front Desk (16+)
We expect to have a well-groomed, friendly Hotel Front Desk personal. They are responsible for welcoming guests, managing online and telephone bookings, and verifying guests' payment methods during check-in.
You should have a pleasant and professional disposition with guests and other hotel staff.
Housekeeper (15+)
You will be responsible for cleaning rooms and common areas, disposing of trash, changing beds, and notifying maintenance of any issues.
You should be able to lift 25 pounds and have an eye for cleanliness.
3rd Shift Irrigation (18+)
You will be operation, installation, maintenance and repair of manual, semi-automatic and automatic irrigation systems. Water tees, fairways, and greens. Hours vary and can be felxible. Must have valid drivers liscence.
Instructor (16+)
Instructors work in high visibility positions and are expected to be friendly, courteous, and patient, at all times. Many times, instructors will be teaching a group of guests, and lessons are for all ages. Snow School Instructors are an extremely important position. You can be the reason someone decides to ski/board for the rest of there life! You will be close contact and may have to assist costumers in different capacities. Training is provided by the resort and is required.
Janitorial Staff (18+)
Janitorial staff is responsible for ensuring clean and sanitary conditions of overall area. Your duties include but are not limited to: cleaning, disinfecting and stocking restrooms, mopping and vacuuming all floors, removal of trash and recyclables from common areas, and clearing cafeteria tables. There may be minimal sweeping and trash removal required outside. Other job duties to be assigned. Uniform and dress code required. **Manager is bilingual- Spanish or English speaking, reading and writing**
Laundry (18+)
You will be responsible for washing, drying, folding and putting away the clean laundry. Dirty laundry will need to sorted and put in the correct containers.
You should be able to lift 25 pounds and have an eye for cleanliness.
Lift Operations (18+)
You are the copilot, concierge and safety engineer of a multi-million dollar machine. You are responsible for the safe, friendly and efficient travel of our guests and fellow teammates as they navigate premier terrain. Make our guests feel welcomed by joining our team as a Lift Operator!
Lift Ticket Cashier (16+)
Seeking friendly and helpful people with the ability to handle money accurately in a fast pace atmosphere. Willingness to learn the lift tickets and rentals available to customers and how to accurately use point of sale.
Line Attendant/Ski Check (16+)
Greeting and helping direct customers to lift tickets and rentals, as well as answering general information on weekend mornings and holiday. Later on the position will move to ski check attendant where you will be collecting equipment for safe keeping. Must be able to lift 25lbs.
Rental Attendant (16+)
Rental attendants will be distributing to and collecting ski/snowboard equipment from the guests.
Retail Ski Technician (18+)
Seeking a Retail Technician who is responsible for servicing hard good retail orders and assist with sales floor duties.
Summer Golf Cart Attendant (16+)
Seeking a Golf Cart Attendant to maintain cleanliness and order of golf carts, cart corral and golf course
Summer Golf Pro Shop Sales Associate (16+)
Seeking a Retail Sales Associate who is responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming customers, answering questions and make sure guests have a pleasant experience.
Summer Golf Starter/Ranger (18+)
Seeking a Golf Starter/Ranger to maintain order and efficiency on the golf course while ensuring customer have an enjoyable experience
Terrain Park Attendant (18+)
Is a labor-intensive position that is responsible for construction, maintenance, and repair of all features as well as promoting safety awareness, educating on Terrain Park etiquette, and providing positive guest relations within the terrain parks. Daily responsibilities include opening and closing the terrain park, ensuring all signage is visible, testing features and assessing risk and liability each morning. The Terrain Park Attendant will provide exceptional guest service and work outdoors in all weather conditions for the entire day. Other duties as assigned.
Winter Retail Sales Associate (16+)
Seeking a Retail Sales Associate who is responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming customers, guiding them through the products, answering questions and make sure guests have a pleasant experience.
