Room Rates
There is a two night minimum for the Winter Season on Weekends and during Holiday Times.
Alpine Valley Resort's Policies
- Check-in time is after 3:00 pm.
- Check-out time is 11:00 am.
- Room rates are subject to change without notice.
- Must be 21 years or older to rent a room and the person renting the room must be staying in the room.
- A $50 deposit is required to reserve any room.
- Although we love pets, our hotel is not pet friendly.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 5 or more days before your arrival date will receive a $30 refund on the deposit. Cancellations received 5 or fewer days before the arrival date will lose the entire deposit.
- No Show Policy: If you do not call to cancel your reservation and you do not show up by midnight, the card on file will be charged the remaining balance for the first night's stay.
- CONCERT RATES WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL RESERVATIONS ONCE THE CONCERT IS ANNOUNCED. IF IT IS A TWO DAY CONCERT, WE REQUIRE GUESTS TO STAY BOTH CONCERT NIGHTS.

Hotel opens for the 2022-2023 ski season on December 26, 2022
Rates are valid until March 31, 2023 or until the end of the season, whichever comes first.
A two night minimum is required in the 2022-2023 Winter Season.

Holiday rates are in effect from December 23, 2022 to January 3, 2023, as well as Martin Luther King, Jr. Weekend and Presidents Day Weekend.
As a guest of the hotel you can rent skis for multiple days, but we will hold one day's rental fee as a deposit on all ski rentals. This is to ensure the skis are returned to the rental department. When the skis are returned the deposit is returned.
