My husband and I recently got married at Alpine Valley and it was the perfect day! Throughout the planning process, Allison was very attentive and made sure no stone was left unturned. She was able to give great recommendations for vendors, as well as remind us of various details that had completely slipped our mind. Although the package doesn’t necessarily say it, you really do get a wedding planner through her abilities. I was able to text her day or night with any questions/thoughts/concerns and I’d always get a response. Two days before our wedding, Elkhorn got 6 inches of rain and we were unable to use the covered bridge for our ceremony, as planned. Before I even had time to panic, Allison had contacted me with multiple options planned out and people ready to work with whatever my preference was. We had the ceremony right outside the pavilion and the reception inside the pavilion. The entire reception flowed perfectly from entry, to cake cutting, to speeches, meals, desserts, & late night snacks. The food staff is extremely professional and the food itself surpassed anything my husband and I could have imagined. I mean the food is INCREDIBLE. The setup/scenery is so pretty it felt like we barely even needed decor (big preference of mine). The bar is conveniently located right next to the pavilion and our guests were even able to get a drink before the wedding (it was HOT). For pictures, we used the pool for details, ivy wall for the wedding party, a large tree/grassy area near the golf course for family photos, and then for just bride and groom we went out to hole 4 on the sugar creek course. The golf staff were extremely accommodating with when and where we wanted pictures taken. They were able to block off time/shut down the course for us. The bridal suite is as cute as can be and can comfortably hold as many or as little people as you would like. The guys were able to golf the morning before and we were able to setup games with the golf shop. Having the hotel on site is also a huge perk to not have to worry about needing shuttles or booking separate accommodations. Being able to wake up one door down from the bridal suite made a busy morning so much easier. I truly cannot say enough good things about having our wedding at Alpine Valley and it was a day we will never forget.

Alpine Valley Resort made all of our wedding dreams come true. Planning for a wedding can be stressful, however, Alpine Valley Resort’s Wedding and Event Coordinator, Allison, made the process so enjoyable. It is evident that she and her team truly care about the resort and each client that they work with. They paid attention to and pointed to every detail necessary in order for us to have a stress-free day. Allison met with us on numerous occasions, in person, to discuss all necessary topics at hand and ensured our budget was utilized in the most efficient way. She was so easy to contact and very responsive with all of our questions throughout the process. She helped design, coordinate, and facilitate the day of operations, taking yet another load of stress off us the day of. The resort even coordinated with all of our vendors to assist with drop off, set up, and pick up of all rentals and decorations. The wedding packages come in a variety of options. They are also very customizable based on your guests needs (dietary restrictions, allergies, etc.). Another thing to mention is the convenience of the resort. Most of our guests stayed 2 nights as we were able to have our rehearsal dinner at the resort the night before. We were able to spend the entire weekend at the resort together as there is so much to do. Our guests would not stop raving about the food, amenities, service, and views of the resort. There’s spacious and clean hotel rooms/suites, golf, indoor and outdoor pools, frisbee golf, restaurant and bar, game room, and beautifully maintained grounds. This made it so special as we didn’t just have one night together, but a whole weekend to celebrate. Another thing to mention for all my brides out there is the bridal loft in the hotel. This room was so spacious and convenient for my bridal party and the salon team to do our hair and makeup. As you can tell, we cannot be thankful enough for Alpine Valley Resort. We would highly recommend it to anyone that wants a perfect wedding weekend.

Amazing venue for my daughter's wedding. Everyone was so kind & helpful. So many things they did for us, that made the weekend stress free and very enjoyable. I cannot thank Allison and her team enough for taking such pride & joy in helping us celebrate. You are ALL amazing!!! THANK YOU !!! I never imagined the day going so smoothly. Your grounds are gorgeous and a perfect fit for a summer wedding! Would highly recommend!

It was a beautiful night in the Alpine Valley pavilion for our wedding. We had both the ceremony and reception in the pavilion and it worked perfectly. AV helped us with the linens, lawn games and recommended a florist that was incredible. The guys in the wedding were able to reserve a quick round of golf before the ceremony and the course at AV was beautiful — a nice way to stay relaxed before the big day. We were able to meet with the head of maintenance to understand their needs which led to us being able to zip tie some tall branches to the posts — magical! The cuisine and service from catering was excellent (shout out to Oscar and Hector)! We added a third appetizer which worked well for our cocktail hour (and hungry guests) after the ceremony. Photos on the lawn with the sunset behind us was gorgeous and taking a decked out "Just Married" golf cart to the covered bridge for photos was so fun. The dance floor provided by AV met our needs and the party was poppin'. We ordered Nothing Bundt Cakes for desert and pizzas for a late night snack and it was just right! Allison at Alpine Valley was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. This was a group effort and it resulted in an evening filled with joy and love. Thank you!!
